Ke JTAG VME board
Ke JTAG board controls 6 independent JTAG channels (0-5).
There is a pair of connectors (1 differential and 1 bipolar) for channels 0-3,
only 1 connector can be used for 1 channel - see jumper settings below.
Channels 4,5 don't have differential connectors.
There is the FIFO memory on the board (32 kwords), to be filled with
frames before starting JTAG sequence. The speed can be adjusted
for each particular frame.
